It’ll keep you full and satisfied plus it gets those greens in! Brussel sprouts are high in fiber and antioxidants. They help protect against cancer and help with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, and diabetes. This salad will leave you feeling your best!

This is such a yummy meal! It was perfect to make using the overabundance of garden tomato’s we have as summer winds down.   Ingredients: 1/2 Onion chopped 5 large tomatoes chopped Fresh basil chopped Vinegar Olive oil Salter Pepper Whole wheat flour Italian styled
