Lifestyle Coaching

Welcome to Coaching! My name is Alyssa Kelliher. I am a Lifestyle Coach, an Attorney, and an animal lover with an adoration for mac and cheese. I have a Psychology and Sociology degree. I went on to obtain my Juris Doctor and I am barred in NYS. While working in corporate America,  I saw many people struggling and living their lives for weekends & vacations. You can create a life you enjoy and now I enable my clients to do just that.

In our sessions I create tailored plans for each individual client. These plans enables you to create positive impact in your life through behavioral changes. We’ll work towards achieving your unique goals while prioritizing overall health, happiness, and well-being. We’ll create healthy coping mechanisms to add to your wellness toolbox to utilize when times feel hard. Together we’ll switch your perspective so your mindset is one that aids you, not hinders you. If you’re feeling stuck, I’ll help you take actionable steps towards progress. Start being present in a life you enjoy.

I specialize in habit changes,  mindset and perspective shifts, identifying limiting beliefs, and implementing systems to achieve your goals in a way that feels good. Together we’ll foster and nurture the relationship you have with yourself so you can confidently improve in other areas of your life.

Coaching is valued because you do not need to wait for your scheduled sessions to reach out for help. If you are experiencing difficulty or a block, you can reach out in real time and through your preferred method of communication to receive the help you need.
