Pumpkin-Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup oats
  • ¼ cup canned pumpkin
  • Sliced apple
  • Pumpkin pie spice (I got mine from Trader Joes)
  • Honey
  • A mason jar
  • Dark chocolate chips

 

Directions:

  • Combine oats with half parts water or milk, 1/4 cup canned pumpkin and 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice and heat in microwave for 1 min.
  • Add 1-2 tbsp. honey to bottom on mason jar
  • Add cooked oats to mason jar
  • Add a dark chocolate chips to taste on top of oats
  • Fill the rest of the mason jar with apple slices
  • Top with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice seasoning
  • Leave in fridge overnight and enjoy the next morning!
