Hummus and Avocado Toast is one of my all time favorite brunch meals. It is so versatile! By adding different toppings like spices, lemon, lime, and/or different oils you will never get bored! I love to add raw onion, olive oil and everything but the bagel seasoning to my hummus toast. I like to mash my avocados with limes, olive oil and Himalayan salt.
You can add eggs, prosciutto or lox on top for extra protein. Red chili flakes or paprika for some spice. Cucumbers or fresh peppers for more veggies and a satisfying crunch. Try out different combinations! Let me know which one you like best! Happy Brunching!
