Lifestyle Coaching

My name is Alyssa Levy. I am a Life Coach, Attorney, wife, and animal lover. I obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Stony Brook University. I went on to obtain my Juris Doctor from Hofstra University.

With coaching, I help my clients become empowered active participants of their lives. In our meetings we work towards achieving my client’s goals while prioritizing overall health and well-being. We curate healthy coping strategies to add to wellness tool boxes. We work on perspective shifts so mindset aids instead of hinders our goals. I help my clients get unstuck and take actionable steps towards progress. We work towards presence in lives clients enjoy.

I specialize in mindset and perspective shifts, identifying limiting beliefs, and implementing systems to achieve goals in a way that feels good. I believe it is important to foster and nurture the relationship with self so you can improve in other areas of life confidently.

A: I provide materials and activities that I believe will be helpful and will help you achieve the results you’re looking for after our sessions however they are always optional.

Q: What is the best part of the of the work for you?

A: My favorite moment is when my clients look back and realize how far they have come. When my clients become empowered creators of their reality. Helping my clients make the progress they want to make and look at the world with a different perspective.

A: You will notice you are benefiting when you realize shifts in the way you do things. When you start to react and respond differently to circumstances. When you notice shifts in your way of thinking and doing things.

A: The duration varies depending on your goals and the trajectory of your journey. Many people see noticeable differences after 1-3 months.
